Powerful dehydrator for drying fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, as well as meat, fish, herbs, flowers, or fruit and vegetable buffers.

The dehydrator can be extended to up to 30 trays, maintaining excellent drying quality and significantly increasing capacity.

Developed in New Zealand, this dehydrator is ideal for low-temperature drying and the preparation of raw dishes. A special hot air distribution ensures even drying across all racks.

The digital display allows you to select the drying time (up to 48 hours) and temperature (30 - 70°C). After the set drying time has elapsed, the dehydrator automatically switches to drying mode at a minimum temperature (30°C), preventing the food from becoming moist again.
