The intake manifold on sale is conical. This means that the intake manifold (at the lower end of the nozzle) has the specified diameter of 32 mm at the thickest point and runs from narrow to wide (at the upper end of the handle it is the other way round). This design ensures that the tube sits firmly in the nozzle. To determine the exact diameter, do not measure directly at the end of the tube, but about 2 cm further up towards the centre of the tube (preferably with a caliper gauge). The diameter there is 32 mm, which indicates that this is the correct pipe.
