The manual Eschenfelder flaker features an elegant design with clean lines and is very easy to use and clean. With dimensions of just 20x25 cm, it offers high performance for many types of grains. The housing is made of solid wood, carefully processed and oiled with plant-based oils to ensure a long lifespan and excellent stability.

Instead of conventional cylindrical rollers, the Eschenfelder grain flaker, made in Germany, is equipped with rollers made of stainless steel. Home-pressed flakes differ from industrially pressed flakes. This process ensures that the industrially manufactured flakes remain unchanged, but it also means they cannot be considered fresh produce. A flaker at home provides the opportunity to always produce fresh flakes, thus preserving the variety of vital and nutritional substances contained in the grains without loss of quality.
