The carefully crafted housing made of multiplex beech wood, oiled with vegetable oils, ensures a long lifespan and excellent stability. Instead of conventional cylindrical rollers, the Eschenfelder Made-in-Germany flaker is equipped with stainless steel rollers. The fresh, handcrafted flakes taste better than industrially produced flakes, which cannot be considered fresh due to treatment with steam and heat.
