Product details

Crushing mill: Two nickel-free stainless steel rollers, wear-free operation without gears. Hopper: Nickel-free stainless steel. Frame: Solid, locally sourced beech wood from Germany, treated with linseed oil varnish (from controlled organic cultivation). Funnel: Core beech, screwed to the frame.

Includes clamp: For table tops up to a maximum thickness of 5 cm, minimum overhang depth: 4 cm.

Dimensions: H x W x D: 24 x 12 x 24 cm (with crank). Crushable materials: All grains except corn, dry or moist, as well as oilseeds, spices, legumes, and more.

Fresh flakes stimulate digestion in a pleasant way, and the flavors of the grain germ oils are fully expressed. In addition to grains, so-called pseudograins (gluten-free) such as buckwheat or quinoa can also be crushed. Furthermore, oilseeds like sesame or flaxseed can be gently processed as well.
