Product details

Healthy vegetables with maximum vitamin power. In the fermentation pot, vegetables are gently cooked. Unlike traditional preparation methods, a particularly rich content of vitamin C and minerals is preserved. The principle is quite simple. The vegetables are cut and placed tightly in the pot, sprinkled with a bit of salt in between, and then a weight stone is placed on top. A gentle fermentation occurs in a brine solution. Your delicious vitamin bomb is ready. The fermentation pot is made of ceramic, which is extremely smooth and hygienic due to the salt glaze. The surface is easy to clean and, importantly, it is flavor-neutral.
