The Tajine from Emile Henry is made from nearly new Flame ceramic and is the perfect cookware for gentle, careful frying, searing, braising, and cooking. Thanks to the special ceramic, the Tajine can be used on all types of stovetops (on induction with an adapter plate, only with a flame distributor), in the oven, in the microwave, and on the outdoor grill. A hard enamel coating on the inside makes the Tajine resistant to cuts from knives and metal spatulas. This braising dish, originating from North Africa, is suitable for temperatures up to -20°C. However, rapid temperature changes should be avoided.
