Emile Henry Pain Ciabatta

Ciabatta is a crispy Italian bread characterized by its coarse and airy crumb, which gets its unique flavor primarily from the addition of olive oil. This ceramic mold allows you to bake two ciabattas measuring 35 x 8.5 cm, each weighing approximately 250 g, at the same time. The handling is simple: just place a piece of dough in each of the two cavities, cover the mold with the lid, and pop it in the oven. The lid ensures the right level of moisture during baking. Thanks to the grooves in the cavities, the dough does not stick to the mold.
