Use a vinegar mother to start with or make it from vinegar or wine within a few weeks. Once you have your vinegar mother, feed it regularly with leftover wine. In just three weeks, your vinegar will be ready to enjoy, offering rich and delicious flavours. The ceramic vinegar pot has an acid-resistant inner glaze that guarantees the quality of your homemade vinegar. It is also equipped with a removable lid that allows easy filling, access to the vinegar nut and cleaning of the vinegar pot by hand or in the dishwasher. The boxwood tap, mounted on a cork (made in Jura), ensures a perfect seal.
