Bake delicious homemade bread with a crispy crust and a soft crumb. The ovenproof ceramic and the holes in the lid and base ensure the moisture content during the baking time - the crust becomes crispy and the crumb soft. The mould allows for a variety of breads with different flours (chestnut, linseed, rice, etc.) as well as gluten-free flour. The doughs, which are more liquid than the doughs for white bread, require more preservation during the baking time and are more difficult to realise with the bread set. The bread becomes crispy without removing it from its mould during baking and without adding water in the oven. Minimal space requirement and easy to clean. 10 year guarantee
