Product details
Easy to use, simply place the dough pieces in the grooves and put the baking mold in the oven. Thanks to the ribbed grooves, the chopsticks do not stick to the mold. The lid is used to create the right amount of moisture needed to bake bread in the oven. The holes in the lid allow carbon dioxide in the bread dough to escape during cooking, resulting in a crispy crust and the characteristic thin shape of good French baguettes.
