Easy to use, simply place the dough pieces in the grooves and put the baking pan in the oven. Thanks to the ridged grooves, the chopsticks do not stick to the mold. The lid is used to create the right amount of moisture needed to bake bread in the oven. The holes in the lid allow carbon dioxide to escape from the bread dough during cooking, resulting in a crispy crust and the characteristic thin shape of good French baguettes.
