The ELO Aluguss Roaster 'Alucast' is a high-quality cookware that is ideal for roasting and braising meat, vegetables, and other dishes. Made from durable aluminum casting, this roaster offers excellent heat distribution, ensuring even cooking all the way to the edge. The interior is coated with ILAG Basic non-stick material, allowing for effortless cooking and easy cleaning, while the outer PTFE coating provides additional protection. The roaster comes with a shatterproof glass lid featuring a stainless steel rim, enabling practical monitoring of the cooking process. With a maximum temperature resistance of 240 °C (without the lid), this roaster is versatile and suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. The dishwasher-safe construction adds extra convenience in the kitchen.
