Product details

Cast aluminium basic roaster with high-quality non-stick coating for easy and gentle preparation. Ideal for low-fat, fat-free cooking, it offers very good heat conduction and quick, easy cleaning. The shock-resistant glass lid features an aroma knob for easy pouring of liquids. This roaster is dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 240 °C (with glass lid up to 180 °C). It is suitable for all types of cookers, except induction.
