Made from high-quality cast iron. Interior coated with cream-colored enamel, exterior in red. Lid with a stainless steel knob. The specially designed lid continuously moistens the food during cooking for juicy, tender results. Perfect, even heat distribution to the edge. Oven-safe up to 240 °C. Packaged in photo cardboard, without plastic bags for environmental reasons.
