Wall thickness approx. 2.2 mm, base thickness approx. 5.5 mm. Interior features a high-quality black ceramic Weilburger CK2 coating. Exterior is coated with black PTFE. The carbon insert is perfect for steaming, cooking, etc. Extra large frying and cooking surface, deep shape. Ideal for searing as well as low-fat cooking. Glass lid with shock-resistant stainless steel rim and aroma knob. Even heat distribution to the edge, saving time and energy.
