This collection includes two chef's knives, a skinning knife, and two boning knives in straight and curved forms, complemented by a sharpening steel. Made from high-quality molybdenum steel (1.4116), the knives are characterized by excellent sharpness and corrosion resistance. Their special alloy ensures consistent precision when cutting vegetables as well as when carving meat. The ergonomic, fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene handle supports fatigue-free working.
