The 3-piece knife set from EIKASO combines traditional craftsmanship with modern materials. The high-quality blades made of molybdenum steel 1.4116, with additions of vanadium, chromium, and molybdenum, promise impressive sharpness and reduced effort when cutting due to their hand honing. Additionally, the special alloy increases corrosion resistance and hardness of up to 57 HRC. Ergonomically shaped handles made of polypropylene in a striking blue contribute to comfortable handling. The set includes a boning knife with a curved 16 cm blade and two paring or utility knives with blade lengths of 18 cm and 13 cm. Gentle hand washing is recommended for care.
