Product details

  • The handle is made of wood and is curved. The full-tang wooden handle, which differs from the general welded handle for chef's knives, does not break after long-term use. There is an additional hole in the blade, which provides more precision and grip when cutting. The blade has a hammered look. This not only looks good but also has a non-stick effect.
  • Heavy and well made, it is made of 5Cr15Mov carbon steel, the steel has a hardness of 58-60 HRC. The blade thickness is just under 4mm and the knife weight is 300g, feels great and stable in the hand. The excellent balance makes cutting more comfortable and easier. The blade is really sharp and is well suited for rough work.
  • The cleaver comes in a black gift box and the set also includes a leather sheath. The protective sheath is well made and the outdoor knife fits perfectly inside. You can tie it to your belt when you use it outdoors for easy carrying and access.
