Product details

The rectangular springform pan with enamel bottom from Dr. Oetker is perfect for baking, layering, and preparing rectangular cakes, tortes, and even casseroles. The base plate is completely cut and scratch-resistant due to the glass-smooth surface of the quartz enamel coating, allowing the contents to be cut and served directly in the pan. The leak-proof base ensures that the oven stays clean. The practical springform frame is equipped with an excellent non-stick coating, making it especially easy to release the contents after baking. The outstanding heat conduction ensures even browning all around.
