Whether casseroles or festive roasts - with the Dr. Oetker XXL roasting and casserole dish, every creation succeeds. This is ensured by the special quartz enamel sealing of the dish. Dr. Oetker has developed a special lid to match this perfectly. On the one hand, this lid is a cover, but it can also be used as a separate roasting tin. The dimpled structure enables particularly juicy frying, as the rising condensation does not simply run off the side of the lid, but can drip from the dimples directly onto the food to be fried. The glass-smooth surface is absolutely cut- and scratch-resistant, so that the contents can be cut directly in the mould. The excellent heat conduction ensures even browning all round. In addition, the very good non-stick properties make it easy to remove from the mould.
