With the Gugelhupf from the Dr. Oetker Premium range "Back-Liebe Emaille" (Ø 24 cm, height 12 cm), every cake turns out perfectly thanks to its cut- and scratch-resistant quartz enamel surface. The glass-smooth mold impresses with its excellent heat conduction, ensuring even baking results. Additionally, the mold is resistant to fruit acids and heat up to +400 degrees Celsius.
