The DMT Simple-Sharp is a lightweight pull-through sharpener designed for outdoor kitchens, home kitchens, or for users who want to keep their knives sharp without worrying about sharpening angles or other sharpening theories. The Simple-Sharp from DMT sharpens both sides of the knife blade simultaneously at a sharpening angle of 18° per side. The application is simple: insert the blade and pull it through to the tip.
