With the handle saucepan from the timeless Prima Matera series by de Buyer, you receive a piece of French craftsmanship. The saucepan is made of 90 percent copper, a material known for its excellent heat conduction. Inside, a layer of AISI 304 stainless steel ensures food-safe cooking. It is complemented by a heat-insulating handle made of 18/10 stainless steel, which is riveted to the pot body. Perfect for cooking and reducing on all types of stovetops, including induction. Special features: special base for induction, high-quality mirror polish, production code engraved on the bottom.
