Product details

Mould'flex mini-canelés with 28 cavities, specially designed for baking these famous Bordeaux pastries. Can be used hot or cold. Black mould: absorbs the heat for an even diffusion of the heat: very good caramelisation of the pastry. High quality pure platinum silicone: very flexible mould; guaranteed peroxide free. Resistant: resists temperatures from -40°C to +280°C. Smooth inner surface: natural non-stick effect and easy release. Grease at first use. Cooking in traditional oven, microwave or water bath. Do not heat with empty moulds. Do not place under a grill. Do not use sharp objects in the mould. Tip: Place the mould on a grid or perforated plate to allow better circulation of hot or cold air. Care: Hand wash recommended.
