Pan in a Lyon shape, perfect for frying, searing, and flambéing, suitable for plating, decoration, and open kitchens. The PRIMA MATERA cookware is made of 90% copper and 10% AISI 304 stainless steel: - outside 90% copper: best thermal conductivity for excellent control over the cooking process; exceptional cooking results. - inside 10% stainless steel: ideal food suitability; easy maintenance. The small amount of stainless steel does not affect the properties of the copper. Riveted cast iron handle, curved à la française; ergonomic handling; new feature: special base suitable for induction, a universally applicable product line. Care for the copper with a polishing paste. Care for the stainless steel: hand wash. Suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.
