Product details

Suitable for medium power hotplates. The blued sheet steel provides temporary protection against oxidation thanks to the heat treatment. The even heat distribution enables the Maillard reaction. Suitable for all hob types, including induction (moderate power). Tip: Preheat with a little fat. Do not use cleaning agents. Hand washing is recommended.
