The CERANOA Crêpes Pan by de Buyer is a specially designed pan that is ideal for preparing ultra-thin crêpes. With a diameter of 30 cm, it allows for even heat distribution, supported by the forged aluminum body. The PFAS-free ceramic coating provides excellent non-stick properties, making it easy to flip the crêpes. This pan is versatile and suitable for various types of cooktops, including induction, gas, electric, and glass-ceramic. Additionally, it can be used in the oven up to a temperature of 200 °C, offering extra flexibility in cooking. The riveted flat steel handle in French style ensures a secure grip while cooking. Weighing 1.12 kg, the pan is handy and easy to handle.
