Product details

Thanks to the low edge of the pan, the crepes can be easily flipped. It is suitable for high-performance cooktops. The thick steel plate ensures a rapid rise in temperature as well as even heat distribution. Achieving high temperatures allows for the Maillard reaction and caramelization of juices. The pan is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. Tip: Preheat with a little fat. Do not use cleaning agents. Hand washing is recommended.
