Product details

Savarin mold made of coated iron. This mold allows you to create crown-shaped desserts. Excellent cooking results thanks to iron: the molds reach high temperatures, which caramelize the juices. Even heat distribution and consistent cooking. Functional and practical non-stick mold: PFOA-free PTFE-coated surface for easy release of baked goods, steel protection against oxidation, and easy cleaning.

Grease the mold before use. Traditional baking in the oven (max. 220°C). Not suitable for microwave use. Do not use metal utensils in the mold. Care: clean by hand with a non-abrasive sponge. Not dishwasher safe.
