Product details

Micro-perforated rectangular tray with oblique edges, made of non-coated aluminium. Ideal for baking mini pastries or small food items, cakes, galettes, quiches, and Viennese pastries. The best ally for your silicone mat, it can also be used with baking sheets and silicone moulds. Suitable for use in a convection oven. Features optimal 3mm diameter micro-perforations for excellent hot or cold air circulation, ensuring uniform cooking. Provides perfect heat diffusion and transmission. This thick, lightweight, and sturdy tray is undeformable. Do not use with liquid or semi-liquid preparations. Do not heat empty or overheat. Care: dishwasher-safe.
