The stainless steel blade, 18 cm long and made in Krefeld, ensures a perfect cut without crushing the food. The special alloy provides maximum rust and corrosion protection.

The filleting knife impresses with its high flexibility. It is perfectly suited for removing fish skin, bones, silver skin, fat, and tendons, as well as for deboning.

The special stainless steel X50CrMoV15 is characterized by its high content of chromium and carbon. The hardness of 55 HRC ensures longer sharpness even with daily use.

The full tang stainless steel blade provides perfect balance while cutting. The non-slip ABS plastic handle ensures optimal weight distribution and stability for high demands.
