Product details

The cleaver is made from high-carbon German steel by Thyssenkrupp with a hardness rating of 56+ Rockwell and features a satin finish. The blade is hand-sharpened, razor-sharp, and ice-hardened, making it stain-resistant. The blade grind is simple, and the blade length is 22.9 cm, with a cutting angle of 16 to 18 degrees per side. The ergonomic handle made of G10 Garolite is laminated, polished, adorned with mosaic and engraving, and is suitable for both right and left-handed users. It is recommended not to clean the knife in the dishwasher. The package includes the cleaver and a matching sheath.
