In 1826, the world's first stamped cooking pot was produced in our factory in Fesches-le-Châtel. Nearly two centuries later, this new collection, bearing the symbolic name 1826, draws inspiration from the past while embodying the modernity, innovation, and passion that drive Cristel every day.

The induction-compatible, heat-distributing base made of three stacked layers (induction stainless steel - aluminum - 18/10 stainless steel) ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface, allowing you to effortlessly sear a piece of meat or sauté a mix of vegetables without the need for added fat. For frying fish, potatoes, or eggs, you can choose the 1826 non-stick frying pan.

This pan is not only powerful but also compact for storage, optimizing space in your kitchen. Its heat-resistant, ergonomic, and firmly riveted handle does not conduct heat, providing a comfortable grip without the risk of burns and enhancing safety in the kitchen.
