The White Tea

The Blooming Tea is made exclusively from the white tea "Yin Zhen," also known as "Silver Needle." The name comes from the silvery, silky sheen of the fine hairs on its leaf tips. Due to its velvety smooth and very mild taste, as well as its distinctive light aromas, this white tea is considered one of the finest tea varieties in the world.

Only the unopened, particularly aromatic buds of the "Big White Tea Bush," which grows in China, are used. This tea is handpicked and produced with great care, allowing it to retain a relatively high content of polyphenols. The mild-tasting white tea, like black and green tea, contains caffeine.
