Coravin Wine pourer

The "Model Two Elite" wine system from Coravin gives you the freedom to enjoy a sip or a glass from any of your wine bottles at any time. Its special hollow needle penetrates the natural cork of the bottle, which, thanks to its elasticity, reseals itself after pouring the desired amount, ensuring the quality of the wine remains intact. The system uses cartridges filled with argon gas, which also protects the remaining wine in the bottle from oxidation. The Load Cell technology ensures easy gas flow while providing a complete seal between the device and the cartridge.

Tap, pour, and enjoy
The Coravin wine system is compatible with all wine bottles that have natural corks and standard-sized necks. Once you securely attach it to the bottle using the Proper Fit clamp, press the needle down through the cork with the handle. Position the spout over the wine glass and, at an angle of about 45°, press the trigger to pressurize the bottle. Once you release the trigger, the wine will flow slowly into the glass. On average, it takes between 25 and 30 seconds to pour 150 ml of wine this way. When you lift the bottle, the pouring stops. As soon as you pull the needle back up with the handle, the natural cork begins to reseal.
