The spaetzle / knöpfle grater with dimensions of 45.5 x 15.5 cm (length x width) features a system of half 7 mm thick perforations with a pot holder. There is a resting area for the sled to fill it. The grater is suitable for pots with a diameter of 36 to 45 cm, due to its very heavy quality.
