The core made of hand-cast aluminum has the highest possible thermal conductivity. The 7 mm thick bases remain flat due to the stress-free casting. Low overall weight and excellent cooking properties. Suitable for electric, gas, and ceramic cooktops. A plasma layer of titanium-aluminum oxide is melted onto the aluminum casting for both the interior and exterior surfaces. This ensures a high non-stick effect and good scratch resistance. Continuous use and cleaning are hassle-free. Also suitable for unrestricted use in the oven.
