Wok setThe wok set offers two variants: A 34 cm wok with a flat base, suitable for induction, gas and electric hobs, and a 36 cm wok with a round base, ideal for gas hobs and grills. The round version is hand-hammered, while the flat version has a smooth surface. Both woks are made of carbon steel with a material thickness of 1.8 mm, which ensures precise heat distribution, and the set includes an ergonomic wooden handle and an additional handle for a secure grip and easy handling. Also included are a matching wok turner and a recipe book with instructions and recipes for Asian dishes.The flat base of the 34 cm wok offers stability on hobs, while the round base of the 36 cm wok has been specially developed for gas hobs and grills with a wok ring.
