The Clatronic EBG 3760 Ceramic Infrared High-Performance Grill is designed for grilling temperatures of 850 °C with five electric grilling programs. This professional electric overhead grill ensures the perfect steak with its ceramic infrared high-performance burner, delivering 1600 watts to create an ideal crispy crust while keeping the inside tender and juicy – for a meat experience like a pro.

The cool housing makes it suitable for indoor use and the kitchen due to its active cooling. It features a multifunction display with an LED screen, sensor touch controls, and a stainless steel knob. The grill allows for manual control of temperature and time, as well as an electric warming function.

The height-adjustable stainless steel grill rack can be adapted to the thickness of the meat by varying the insertion heights. It includes a stainless steel insertion system for the grill rack and a grease collection tray/warming tray, making it perfect for refining sous-vide cooked meat. Additionally, it is suitable for preparing casseroles, pizzas, and vegetables.

The grilling surface measures approximately 24.5 x 16 cm and has a stable stand. Included in the delivery are a height-adjustable stainless steel grill rack, a stainless steel remover, and a stainless steel grease collection tray/warming tray. All accessories are dishwasher safe.
