The 15 Trizor XV combines the strength and durability of the Trizor edge with the flawless, ultra-sharp 15-degree XV technology. The 15 Trizor XV is suitable for both smooth and serrated (wavy) knives, allowing the creation of the Trizor cutting edge on European, American, and Asian blades. It can also convert conventional, factory-made 20-degree edges of household knives into powerful Trizor XV 15-degree edges. The Chef’s Choice Trizor three-stage sharpening process gives the blade three facets. The knife edge becomes stronger. Thanks to the three different bevels formed on each facet, the knives stay sharper much longer than ordinary sharpened edges. The advanced, patented flexible guides allow for precise control of the sharpening angle.
