Your food is safely vacuumed at -0.8 bar with a vacuum capacity of approx. 90 %. This keeps them fresh longer without preservatives. Ideal also for portioning and storage of goods or cooking á la Sous-Vide. Marinating function: in combination with a vacuum container, meat or fish can be intensively marinated in a short time (pores open under vacuum). Natural storage without preservatives and with vacuum strength regulation, ideal for soft or sensitive foods.
