The Damascus blade of the Chinese chef's knife cuts your meat and vegetables flawlessly. Each Damascus kitchen knife is a true one-of-a-kind. It features 67 layers of Damascus steel (VG-10 steel core + 66 layers of 10Cr15CoMoV steel). The handle of the knife is made from maple burl wood and aquamarine epoxy resin. With its elegant design, you will be faster than ever while cutting in the kitchen.
