The set also includes a bamboo whisk "Chasen" with 80 bristles, designed to whip the matcha tea into a firm foam. After use, the whisk can be easily rinsed with lukewarm water and placed on the included whisk holder to maintain the shape and durability of the bristles. The traditional bamboo scoop "Chashaku" allows for optimal dosing of matcha powder into the bowl. Each matcha bowl is unique in color and shape, and the handcrafted pieces may differ slightly in color and texture from the photos.
