Beautiful matcha set "Kin" made from high-quality components. The ceramic matcha bowl is handmade, so no two are the same; slight differences and deviations from the photo are unavoidable. The bowl features a beautiful, earthy-brown speckled glaze with a matte sheen and cream-colored inner rim. The dark brown provides a lovely contrast to the rich green color of the matcha tea, allowing it to shine.

The bamboo matcha whisk, also known as a chasen, is an essential accessory for preparing matcha tea. Before whisking, the bristles of the matcha whisk should be soaked briefly in warm water to increase their lifespan. When whisking, avoid dragging the whisk over the bottom of the bowl, as parts of the delicate bristles could break off. It has 80 bristles and allows the matcha tea to be whisked into a firm and attractive foam. After use, simply rinse the bamboo whisk with lukewarm water and place it on the included whisk holder with the bristles facing downwards. The special shape of the holder ensures that the bristles are protected and retain their shape for longer.

With the traditional bamboo spoon (chashaku), the matcha powder is optimally dosed into the bowl (1 spoonful equals 1g). All parts are made of high-quality ceramic.
