At 26 or 30 cm, you have enough space to cook meat, vegetables, eggs, pancakes and more to the perfect degree of doneness. No problem thanks to the optimum heat distribution and high heat storage capacity.

You no longer need to worry about scratches in the coating: The uncoated but pre-treated iron pan is extremely robust and can withstand contact with metal spatulas or spoons. You don't even need a ladle: The spouts on the sides ensure that the juices and gravy end up on your plate with centimetre precision.

What you need to know. Caution: The patina has an important protective function. Therefore, do not use any highly acidic foods in your pan, as these will attack the patina. Do not leave the pan empty on or in a hob. And never pour cold water onto the hot material, as this could cause the cast iron to crack.
