The masterful blades from Burgvogel are forged from a single piece. The proven X50CrMoV15 (Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium) steel from Solingen is used, ensuring maximum rust resistance, durability, and exceptional sharpness.

The Oliva Line offers premium quality. The ergonomically shaped handle made of high-quality olive wood highlights its unique character. Each wooden handle is a one-of-a-kind piece with unique grain patterns from nature – beauty knows no bounds.

The small vegetable knife is designed with its short stainless steel blade for chopping and cutting fruits and vegetables. Small cutting tasks are the specialty of this knife.

With a blade length of 9 cm, the forged knives are hardened up to 57 HRC.
