The cheese set Fromaĝo is an extension of the extensive knife range from Windmühlenmesser. It includes the soft cheese knife Mola and the universal knife Ĉio. The high grip effect of both cheese knives allows for plenty of freedom when cutting. Both knives feature stainless, finely polished blades and handles made of plum wood, and are manufactured in the Windmühlenmesser factory in Solingen.
