Product details

Ideal for cleaning, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables. This knife features a narrow blade made of ice-hardened steel, which is scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It is made from carbon-molybdenum-vanadium steel (X50CRMOV15) and is easy to clean. The seamless handle is made of high-quality material and is dishwasher safe up to 55°C. Be sure to dry it thoroughly to avoid stains.
