This Raclette Quatro features a rotating device, allowing the cheese to melt evenly on both sides. You can quickly and easily enjoy warm, grilled cheese for hours with family and friends.

For a sensational taste experience, we recommend pairing it with a nice dry white wine. This cheese raclette from the Pro Collection is unique. It heats the cheese not from the bottom, as you might expect, but through a heat lamp. This way, the bottom remains firm, and you can scrape off the top of the cheese (the melted part). It's a very effective method, especially suitable for half a raclette cheese. Melt cheese like the Swiss, easily in the comfort of your home.
