With the original Börner Roko grater, you can slice fruits and vegetables into fine, thin julienne strips. Our julienne slicer cuts root vegetables like carrots, celery, parsnips, or kohlrabi, but it can also grate potatoes or cucumbers into fine julienne strips for raw vegetable salads. The double-edged blades cut large quantities in no time, as they can slice in both directions. The julienne slicer is perfect for preparing vegetable stir-fries like wok vegetables. Additionally, the Roko Powerline can be ideally used as a zucchini spaghetti slicer to create delicious dishes.

After use, simply rinse under running water.
